Our Story

Marfani & Company Limited was founded by Ameen and Maureen Marfani in 1963 as an importing and exporting company specializing in the export of Textile fibers and packaging films.

By the late 1980s as the UK production of these products ceased Marfani & Company became a property investment and development company.

Since Ameen Marfani’ s death in 2008 the business has been run by his two sons Tariq and Rafiq Marfani along with their commercial manager Majid Asghar from its offices in Didsbury Manchester.

The business owns many properties in both the commercial and residential sectors all over the UK, but with a concentration in the area 40 miles around Manchester.

The business is well-financed with exceptionally low borrowings.
